Depending upon the time of year, Air Pacific Fiji offers between three and five weekly non stop 747s between USA gateway Los Angeles and Fiji’s gateway city Nadi. Flights take approximately ten and a half hours. Departures from Los Angeles are either 10:30 or 11:30pm depending upon daylight savings time seasons. Because you will cross the International Dateline en route, flights arrive in Nadi at 5:10am two days later. On your return flight you “regain” the lost day; flights depart Nadi late in the evening, arriving in Los Angeles early in the afternoon of the same calendar day that you departed Nadi.

Connecting flights from other US and Canadian cities can be arranged by Impulse; however, the way airline reservations systems are now set up, it is most likely that you can arrange a better fare from your origin city to Los Angeles by contacting appropriate airlines directly on line.

Air Pacific passengers departing from Los Angeles and connecting to Pacific Sun Airlines in Fiji will be allowed to check in their 2 piece free baggage allowance on Domestic Flights as follows:

Economy 50 lbs (23 kg) per piece max 2 pieces.

Please be aware that all Pacific Sun flights are weight restricted for safety reasons and that depending on load, bags may not travel on same flights as passenger.
