The term all inclusive has several definitions, the most common of which is probably a vacation which includes accommodation, meals, drinks, most activities and air fares. Another common definition means just accommodation, meals and non motorized activities. Activities such as scuba diving, sky diving, snorkeling involving boat trips, surfing trips, etc., are considered “optional” (charged).
All Inclusive Fiji Vacations
All inclusive vacations in Fiji generally mean accommodation, air fares, meals, resort games, non motorized sporting activities and activities such as village visits, Sunday church services, guided hiking and reef walks, golf, tennis and horseback riding. There are also a few resorts that include drinks, alcoholic or otherwise.
Most boutique resorts on the small outer islands in Fiji offer all meals within their tariffs, mainly because they are often the only resort on a particular island and no other dining alternatives are available. Others may offer full or Continental breakfasts and meal plans for lunch and dinner.
On the mainland (island of Viti Levu) breakfasts are often included; a few offer meal plans and two offer all meals and drinks within their accommodation rates, namely The Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa and The Naviti Fiji Resort. On the island of Vanua Levu, the Namale Resort & Spa offers all meals and drinks and an abundance of complimentary activities.
